Ordering & Purchasing
All products are subject to availability. When placing an order, you agree that:

Payment

You will receive an order confirmation via email upon successful payment. Please keep this as proof of purchase.
Delivery
We deliver across the UK. Delivery times are typically within 2–5 working days unless otherwise stated. All delivery dates are estimates, and we are not liable for delays due to events beyond our control (e.g., strikes, weather, courier issues).
It is your responsibility to ensure someone is available to accept the delivery. If delivery fails due to incorrect address information or absence, redelivery fees may apply.
Returns & Refunds
If you are not satisfied with your order, please contact us within 14 days of delivery at support@gbshilajit.co.uk.
Due to the nature of our product (health supplements), returns are only accepted if:
The product is sealed, unused, and in its original condition.
The product is faulty or damaged upon arrival.
If eligible, we will issue a refund or replacement within 7 working days of receiving the returned item. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method.
Warranties & Liability
We warrant that our products are of satisfactory quality and fit for their intended purpose. We are not liable for:
